Frequently Asked Questions

Our Holter Monitor Analysis Service provides continuous heart activity monitoring for 24 hours up to 14 days, allowing healthcare professionals to diagnose and manage heart conditions. The data is analysed by expert cardiologists, and a detailed report is provided to your GP.

We follow a 4-step process:

  1. Order the monitor online.
  2. Apply the monitor during a video call and wear it for the specified period.
  3. Post the monitor back using a pre-paid return envelope.
  4. Receive a detailed analysis and report sent directly to your GP.

We offer Holter monitoring for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 14 days. The longer the monitoring period, the more comprehensive the insights into your cardiac health.

Once the monitor is returned, our expert cardiologists provide fast turnaround times to ensure timely clinical decisions. The detailed report will be sent to your GP promptly.

Yes, our Holter monitors are lightweight and designed for comfort during daily activities. For extended wear, we offer the ePatch long-term monitor, which is a simple, wire-free, single electrode patch.

Currently, our longest Holter monitoring service is for 14 days. This extended period provides detailed insights and higher diagnostic accuracy, particularly for detecting irregular heart rhythms such as atrial fibrillation.

The ePatch monitor allows up to 14 days of continuous monitoring with just one electrode patch, making it easier to use. It increases diagnostic yield and can detect atrial fibrillation up to 4 times more effectively than traditional methods.

In addition to Holter monitoring, we offer 12-lead ECG interpretation by cardiologists and cardiac physiologist staffing solutions to help reduce hospital waiting times and improve patient discharge efficiency.
