I acknowledge that my ECG data will be collected through a wearable ECG monitor for the purpose of continuous monitoring and health management under the supervision of a clinician.

2. Data Categories:

I understand that the collected data may include but is not limited to:
– Electrocardiogram readings
– Heart rate information
– Timestamps of events

3. Data Storage and Processing:

I consent to the storage and processing of my ECG data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel involved in the monitoring and interpretation process.
